Signs of wear!
Currently in the process of returning these joggers. After ordering the tshirt and matching joggers, I had to wait longer for the joggers to arrive-no big deal-however, once delivered, they arrived with the appearance of being worn. They had knee marks in them, were not packaged within the cellophane packaging the tshirt arrived in and worst of all the had white marks down the thigh area which I can only liken to mucus (snotter) marks! Disgusting!
When I looked at the invoice within the packaging I found that these were sourced from a store and could explain why they were sent seperately and later than the tshirt.
In my opinion, these were an instore return which were re-tagged and sent out to me “as new”
I felt sick when I saw the marks, especially in the current situation of Covid.
As previously stated these are awaiting pick up from UPS and will be returned.
I just hope they find their way to be written off as faulty and not sent out to another unsuspecting customer “as new”!
Bad customer service and not the standard I would expect from Foot Locker!
